About Crash Works 3D
Crash Works 3D started because we couldn't find a single electronics board that let you control an Iron Man helmet without digging into Arduino sketches every time you wanted to change a setting. So we built one. What began as a personal prop project became a product line when the cosplay community found us — not through ads, but through builds people shared online.
Today we make the ALISHA board family — including S.U.E., PENELOPE, SOPHIA, and SABINE — each one pre-programmed and ready to drop into a helmet or prop the day it arrives. More than 4,000 builders across 41 countries have registered their boards. Every board ships with access to our web-based firmware uploader, so you can push updates from a browser with no IDE required. Our firmware is open on GitHub: you can read it, fork it, or submit improvements.
We've been at this for five years. We've never run a paid ad. Every customer found us through a build, a recommendation, or a Discord post. Our eBay feedback sits at 99.4% positive — because we ship fast, we answer questions, and we stand behind every board. If something goes wrong, we make it right.
